Know the Romans Myths on Good Luck and Bad luck

There have been various known and unknown myths and stories right from the beginning of the Rome Empire. According to legends, Rome has a mythical evolution when two brothers, were founded on a river in a starving state. They were namely 'Remus' and 'Romulus'. At that point, a mother wolf came and helped them with food and nursed them with good health.

Later a group of bears killed the wolf and took the two brothers away and trained them how to hunt and fight. After a couple of years, the brothers left the troupe and discovered a hill to establish a settlement near the Tiber River in Italy. Romulus wanted to own that land so he killed Remus and named the land as Rome. Many superstitions in Rome pertained to bad luck and good luck as well. In the Roman religion, owls marked as a source of evil. They believed that if someone sees an owl in his dreams while traveling meant that the traveler will be robbed on land. In the ancient period, owls were considered as witches who who used to come out during midnight and sucked the blood of infants. 

In today's modern era, people do believe in good luck and bad luck but the difference is not believing in the superstitions. As Buddha says, “whatever you give, comes back to you”, it is nothing but the result of your good or bad deeds.
